Policies & Protocol
Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to relax and fill out our intake form. This information helps to better address your needs and is required by the State of Texas for most treatments.
If you would like to have some time to relax in the tranquil environment prior to your treatment, please arrive early as our staff strives to be ready for you at your appointed time. If you would like to relax in a Spa robe and slippers prior to your appointment, please arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know at the time of scheduling or upon arrival.
Our staff and facilities are reserved for you at the time of appointment. Our hour appointments are a full 60 minutes "hands on". Our half-hour appointments are a full 30 minutes "hands on". In the event you are unavoidably late for your appointment, we will make every effort to provide the services reserved in their entirety. Some services may have to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent scheduled appointments. A credit card guarantee is requested for all appointments unless you have a Spa at II Creeks gift certificate.
Payment for services may be made by cash, check or credit card or approved gift certificate. The front desk will happy to let you know what gift certificates we accept when you are making your appointment. A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned check.
The Spa has a 24* hour cancellation/reschedule policy to allow effective allocation of resources to best service our clients. A credit card or Spa at II Creeks gift certificate is requested to guarantee your appointment at the time of scheduling. (*48 hour for Monday, Holiday or Holiday weekend appointments)
Cancellation or reschedule with less than the above notice period will result in the credit card being charged 1/2 of the appointment price. “No Shows” will result in the credit card being charged the full value of the appointment. In the event of cancellation or reschedule, the Spa will attempt to fill as much of the appointment as possible to minimize the charges to your card.
Cancellation of prepaid appointments that fall within the required notification period will result in a 5% handling fee.
Spa gift certificates for services are valid for one year (monetary value is valid for five years). They are non-refundable, but transferable. The Spa maintains records of the gift certificates. In the event yours becomes lost or misplaced, The Spa may still be able to validate its value and use.
We offer massage, facials, nail services and alternate therapies to children/minors, but require an adult present for children and a parent’s authorization for minors.
Please turn cell phones off or place on vibrate while in the Spa. If you must make a call, please remember that others are getting massages, facials, nail and spa treatments and appreciate your quiet voice.
